Personal Description:

I have always been passionate about learning. I have the unique skill of taking complex concepts and making them simple. This skill is great to have as a chemistry tutor because chemistry requires a strong understanding of many complex concepts. I love to see my student's faces light up when they finally understand the material.

Tutoring Experience:

As an undergraduate, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. After that, I studied naturopathy. When I began college, I quickly learned that I had a deep love for teaching. I am most comfortable teaching chemistry, and I can help at any level.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that it is most important to have a deep understanding of the fundamentals. If my students can master the basics, they will be well equipped to deal with the more complex chemistry concepts. I also believe in reminding my students of their goals frequently to help them stay motivated.
