Personal Description:

I am a Professional Chartered Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (UK equivalent of CMA). I have been practicing Finance, Internal Audit and Management Accounting for over 8 years now, having worked at top-tier consultancy firms across Asia, Middle East and now in Canada.

Tutoring Experience:

I have had the pleasure of teaching students from various backgrounds (school, college & university levels) with varying needs. I have taught students with very little time left before exams, and the focus was on passing the exams. On the other hand, I have enjoyed in interacting with students who were looking for more thorough and insightful learning on topics such as management accounting, financial accounting, audit, etc.

Tutoring Approach:

I always prefer one-on-one tutoring method, however, if there is a small group of students with similar backgrounds and need, and I feel comfortable in justifying each students requirement, I am open to that as well. My approach is based on theoretical knowledge but supported immensely by real-life, corporate examples that I pride myself on due to my vast experience.
