Personal Description:

My undergraduate studies included a lot of history, philosophy, mythology, and Latin. I love the way the study of these subjects makes me think and interact with this dead language. That is one of the many reasons I became a Latin tutor. In addition to tutoring Latin I-IV, I also tutor students in related courses such as European history, comparative literature, and honors versions in the same fields such as AP Latin.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in classical studies. I earned scores of 800 on my SAT Verbal, Writing, and Subject Test in U.S. History and a score of 740 on the SAT Subject Test in Literature. I particularly enjoy tutoring Latin and have experience tutoring peers in this subject.

It is my priority to identify the best forms of instruction and motivation for each individual student so that I am able to provide the academic and linguistic support they need to thrive.
