Personal Description:

I make a great science tutor because I am dedicated to the improvement of each student I work with. I want to be of assistance to students who are struggling to understand science because I feel confident in the subject and want to share what I've learned with my students.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, along with minors in Math and Biochemical Engineering. I'm now a Ph.D. student. I'm available as a science tutor to work with students in high school or college taking science courses like General Biology of Evolutionary Biology.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe it is my responsibility as a science tutor to guide my students to a thorough understanding of the subject they are studying so they are equipped with the knowledge they need to reach their goals. When I first meet with a student, I ask them what their learning preferences are so I can adjust my tutoring methods accordingly.
