Personal Description:

I am currently a 5th-grade teacher, and I am able to help students with a variety of foundational math skills. I enjoy working as a math tutor because I love watching students learn and helping them reach for their full potential. My experience as a teacher and math tutor allows me to utilize a variety of effective techniques to help students maximize their educational opportunities.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I also have a master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. I have worked as an elementary school instructor, as well as an adult educator, for over 15 years.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that it is essential to develop a good rapport with a student. This allows me to more effectively encourage and motivate them. I want to teach in ways that suit how a student learns rather than demanding that the student learns according to my preferences.
