I'm a recent graduate from McMaster University's Electrical & Biomedical Engineering program. I have a passion for teaching and I enjoy working with students of all ages.

Tutoring Approach:

From my experience I have found that there is nothing such as a one size fits all approach to tutoring. My approach changes based on a student's age, needs, learning style, and preferences. Generally speaking, I first establish what areas a student is struggling with or has gaps in. Then, I focus on these areas to ensure that they understand the content well enough to start practicing on their own. I believe the one-on-one support is a key aspect of why many of my students are successful. My tutoring sessions give students an opportunity to ask questions, make mistakes, and ultimately learn from those mistakes to better understand the material.
