Personal Description:

I have worked as a teacher and tutor in a number of settings since I graduated from college in 2015. During that time, I have taught a variety of subjects such as chemistry, physics, calculus, and mechanics. I have embraced teaching all math and science subjects, and I especially enjoy working as a chemistry tutor in one-on-one or group settings.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with Distinction. Since my graduation, I worked as a physics and chemistry teacher and soccer coach at a private school. I was also a Teaching Assistant for the Math and Physics departments, where I taught many subjects such as calculus, mechanics, and electromagnetism.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to develop individual study plans based on a student's strengths and weaknesses. I work to get students up to speed in areas where they need the most improvement and help them set goals that they want to accomplish with me. I will also help students with any homework and assignments they may have, but I won't assign any additional work unless the students ask for it.
