Personal Description:

I hold a B.A. from Mc Gill University and a teacher's diploma in English. I am certified as a teacher by the Ontario College of Teachers and I am a native speaker of the language. I worked at the University of Toronto for 26 years in student services and I have recently become a paralegal. Until I set up my own paralegal practice - a year from now - I am tutoring one-on-one to mainly adult ESL students.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been tutoring ESL for 3 years in my own home. I also assist English students with essay-writing skills. I do not help with the content or analysis, but how to properly express your ideas. I have considerable experience in assisting studentsnas they prepare to write the CELPIP and IELTS language tests.

Tutoring Approach:

I customize lessons to the area a student wishes to improve upon.
