Personal Description:

I am from Venezuela and can leverage my own experiences learning English as a native Spanish speaker to help me connect with ESL students. My approach as an English tutor begins by asking my pupil what they need and then brainstorming possible methodologies to get that help. For example, I'll concentrate on conversational phrases if my student is studying English for a trip, while written English might take top priority for a student who hopes to attend college in an English-speaking country.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught and tutored English to students of all ages and backgrounds for the past four years, including those in Venezuela, Mexico, and Taiwan.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that the best way to learn a language is to completely immerse yourself in both it and the corresponding culture. For example, watching a familiar movie with English subtitles can deepen your understanding of the language. Also, classes should be fun!
