Personal Description:

I'm primarily a math tutor who grew up in an academic family where educational achievements were highly valued. I feel like my advantage as a tutor is that I can make topics like Algebra, Pre-Algebra, and Middle School Math relatable to my students. If they are struggling with a concept, I look for the root cause so we can fix it together.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. I have experience tutoring my siblings and other athletes as well. I relate each subject to a topic they know well, which builds confidence. In school, I helped my classmates to become as comfortable with math topics as I was.

Tutoring Approach:

I have developed my own academic philosophy based on the experience I had with my parents: commit to the process, do your best, and earn the grade. I believe that this makes success possible for any student. I help my students feel pride in their academic work, and I believe this is what helps them become natural learners even on their own time.
