With degrees from Harvard University and the University of British Columbia and over a decade of teaching experience in economics, I have been fortunate to walk beside more than a thousand students in their academic journey over the last decade.

I specialize in AP, IB and introductory economics courses at the university level, and I guarantee that I will help you maximize your potential in the subject, regardless of where the ceiling is. While my regular rate is $80 per hour, I offer a 50% discount on the first hour so that you can test your compatibility with my teaching style.

Tutoring Experience:

I have over a decade of experience in teaching economics at College, AP® and IB® level, including a year as a Section Leader for Harvard College's introductory economics course Ec-10. This decade+ experience has allowed me to provide the individualized and specific help to students enrolled in AP, IB and introductory university economics.

Tutoring Approach:

I prefer a conversational style when teaching, as speaking with students helps me understand where their confusion lies, and help them overcome the obstacles through the use of logic. In addition, I am very familiar with the AP/IB curriculum, and rely on explaining concepts through past paper questions.

Note that my approach to teaching economics varies based on what your goals are. Some students prefer to cover the entire syllabus, whereas some require help with past papers or essays/commentaries.
