Personal Description:

My background is chemical engineering (graduate of U of T) and have worked in the private sector as a product and development engineer (P ENG). I decided to become a teacher after training coop engineering students from the University of Waterloo. I enjoyed seeing young people succeed and continue to bring the best in each and every student.

Tutoring Experience:

I have worked in the Secondary School system for over 30 years in both the Math and Science Department. I have taught all the past and present math and Chemistry curriculums. This includes the Grade 13 Calculus, Algebra and Chemistry courses. I am comfortable with the delivery of all math/chemistry courses to people of all ages.

I have also tutored children at the elementary level.

Tutoring Approach:

Success in any endeavour requires an understanding of fundamentals, a starting point to build from and most importantly developing a deep belief in ones self worth. This approach has been successful to me both professionally and personally.
