Personal Description:

I am passionate about international travel, languages, and teaching languages. I've traveled to Italy, Brazil, Spain, Croatia, Egypt, and Switzerland, and I've discovered the best way to master a language is by immersing yourself in it and speaking it as much as possible. As an Italian tutor, I bring my passion and knowledge of language acquisition to each session.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in visual studies with a focus on architecture practice and technology with a double minor in Italian studies and architecture. As part of my undergraduate studies, I also received a certificate in Portuguese and tutored students of varying levels and ages in Italian.

Tutoring Approach:

Because I believe speaking a new language is instrumental in learning it, I try to work conversations into each language tutoring session. This helps improve a student's comfort level with expressive and receptive communication while also working on pronunciation and the grammatical nuances of the language.
