Personal Description:

I was born in Russia, and arrived in Canada as a child - I am a bilingual Russian/English speaker, a Russian/Hebrew to English translator, and a musician/songwriter - I believe in finding a unique approach to each student, and using every possible resource to make the learning effective and enjoyable

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught ESL privately in Israel - I have been working as an ESL teacher's assistant at the North Shore English Language Center, and also leading conversation and reading groups at VCC

Tutoring Approach:

After a free evaluation lesson, I make a plan based on the student's level, goals, interests, personality and learning style - I teach all skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, conversation, grammar, pronunciation - I also offer CELPIP tutoring
