Personal Description:
Hi! My name is Mathieu and I am currently a classroom teacher in Ontario. I am seeking engaged and energetic students looking to boost their grades and/or develop a deeper understanding of certain subjects. I like to have fun and laugh, so you should too!
Tutoring Experience:
I have been a classroom teacher for 5 years. However, one of those years I spent abroad, not teaching at all! So, technically, I have 4 years of teaching experience, but 5 years as a teacher. I have taught a variety of subjects in both French and English at the Secondary Level. I am quite flexible in what courses I can/will teach.
Tutoring Approach:
I am all about the student. First, we will identify areas of need. Second, we will determine individual learning strategies (this will be beneficial to all subjects!). Third, we will approach the subject in a way that is completely tailored to the individual.
We will laugh, we will have fun, and we will learn!
