Personal Description:

I believe that everything I can teach my students is only as good as its potential applications. I don't have students recite facts but will instead have them investigate what happened in the past to apply it to the present day. I am committed to discovering how each student learns best and adjusting my tutoring to match that.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Archaeology. I went on to earn my master's degree in Historical Archaeology. As a history tutor, I can work with both high school and college students in subjects like American History and European History.

Tutoring Approach:

I think most questions can be answered in more than one way correctly. I also believe that learners each learn in their own unique ways. I check with my new students on how they learn and what methods they use to remember things. I then help them set realistic goals and get to work helping them achieve them.
