Personal Description:

I am a student at the university of waterloo, studying advanced mathematical finance and economics. I graduated high school with a 98% average, along with multiple awards in physics, mathematics, and computer science.

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored, many of my peers well as acquaintances in subjects ranging from basic math and algebra skills to advanced physics and calculus. I have tutored all age groups ranging from elementary up to senior high school students.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to Tutoring is subject matter reinforcement by consistent practice and real-world learning opportunities. I have found that when students struggle with mathematical concepts, it is because they do not understand how to break down a problem and solve it methodically. I try to teach this skill and then strengthen their broader skill set through thought-provoking questions and repetition.
