Personal Description:

I have seen education making communities stronger, and it has made me stronger as well. Because I find joy in learning new things, I appreciate the opportunity to share that enthusiasm for learning with my students. I have a passion for knowledge and I share mine with positivity, generosity, and empathy.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. I went on to earn my master's degree in Marketing. I have had experience tutoring high school students in math, chemistry, and physics when I was in college. I then worked as a chemist. For the last 10 years, I have been tutoring students from kindergarten through grade 12 and adults in a variety of math topics.

Tutoring Approach:

I stay apprised of the most recent and best methods of tutoring. My philosophy as a math tutor is to build a love for learning in my students. I find it is my job to make our tutoring sessions fun as well as educational. I encourage my students to ask any questions they might have without facing judgement.
