Personal Description:

I am a Human Resources graduate. I'm a firm believer that connecting and building relationships with those around me are important. As a friend, family member, colleague or as a tutor, I try to understand those around me.To me, understanding is one of the most crucial and important things that builds a respectful and strong relationship.

Tutoring Experience:

I've started tutoring during my high school years at my elementary school after school once a week in math. I've also tutored in the summer time when I was studying business to help students prepare for the upcoming school year. After coming into the workforce, I've tutored students 5 nights a week after work to assist them in their day to day school work and building their foundation in math and English, not only for the grade they are currently in, but also for the upcoming school year. My tutoring experience is mainly tutoring students from grades 1-10.

Tutoring Approach:

Every student has a unique way of learning. Their learning style could be visual or hands-on. So I base my teaching style on the way they learn so they can easily grasp the concept of the material. I do give them quizzes so that it can enforce and help them retain their learning. Students are more than welcome to call me for questions.
