Personal Description:

I am a great tutor because I understand how to effectively communicate with students and break down complex ideas into terms that are easier for them to understand. I am also patient with my students, and I'll always answer any questions they have about the current concept before moving on to the next one. If your student needs help with the structure and function of cellular organelles or how organisms produce energy, I'm ready to help.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a Liberal Arts degree with a major in Biology, a minor in Spanish, and a concentration in Pre-Medicine. I know that sounds all over the place, but I believe that my multidisciplinary education prepares me to help students with a variety of writing-intensive courses.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that self-confidence is the key to performing well in any subject, so I constantly look for ways to help students feel good about themselves as a biology tutor.
