Personal Description:

As a tutor, I am patient and dedicated to helping my students build their confidence and skills to help them do their best. I am thoughtful and outgoing, so I can connect with my students quickly. I am an English tutor who can help with essay editing, comparative literature, college English, and more.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in English. I am currently teaching high school ESOL while earning my master's in education. I have worked with students of all ages, from elementary through college. Whether it's homework help or test prep, I am here to help.

Tutoring Approach:

I quickly find the strengths and values of each student so that we can apply them to the material at hand. I empower my students by helping them discover their preferred learning style to use now and in their future courses. I also offer plenty of practice scenarios and problems to ensure that my students understand the material thoroughly.
