Personal Description:

I have extensive experience in curriculum development, mentoring, and academic coaching. I have worked with students of all types, so I have experience with a diverse range of skills and abilities. As an English tutor, I have numerous skills to help them develop executive functioning skills and reduce their anxiety. The best part of tutoring for me is seeing students regain their curiosity and confidence in learning.

Tutoring Experience:

As an undergraduate, I earned my bachelor's degree in anthropology. After that, I earned a master's degree in medical anthropology. I am available to help with English subjects at all levels from elementary through college. Whether your student is learning about sentence structure or grammar or you are preparing a college essay, I can help.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that students begin to shut down when they struggle in school. Their natural wonder and yearning can dim. As a tutor, it's my job to provide them with resources and a safe environment to thrive in.
