Personal Description:

Hello! My name is Karlee and I am a qualified Ontario teacher with mathematics and geography as my two teachable subjects. I completed the intermediate/senior concurrent education program at Brock University back in 2017. Since then I have worked as a Data Analyst and am currently a Sales Incentive Technician. Both of these careers have allowed me to put my knowledge of mathematics to use in the real world. In my spare time I love to read, puzzle, and I play on a fastball team in the summers!

Tutoring Experience:

I am a qualified Ontario mathematics and geography teacher with experience teaching grade 9 applied mathematics and geography, grade 10 academic mathematics, grade 11 mixed mathematics, and grade 12 Data Management. I have also tutored family and friends with College level mathematics courses.

Tutoring Approach:

First I like to take some time to get to know and understand the students' learning style because everyone learns differently. Then I want to find out what specifically the student is struggling with, whether it be an entire unit, particular concept, etc. Finally, with the student leading the way, we can work together until the student can grasp whatever was challenging them.
