My favourite thing to teach is phonics and writing, I look forward to hearing form you and connecting on way to help your student succeed.
Tutoring Experience:
2015/16/17/18 - Nanny - Multiple Children aged 6months-8. I created age appropriate activities to aid in development and learning.
2018/19 - AuPair in France - 1 Child aged 9. I tutored him in English and English history as well as in French history and science.
2019/20 - ECE Assistant French Daycare - I helped facilitate the pre-school programming
2020 - Tutor - 2 Children aged 4/5 I created activities to supplement the online learning during quarantine.
Tutoring Approach:
Students need to be able to focus to learn. This does not always mean sitting in a chair at a table. I think it's best to find a way to help a child be able to learn. This means making it fun and easy. Alternate approaches and games are the best way to recycle the language and facts that they have already learned once in school. My approach is focussed on repeating and drilling, but in a way that my students don't realize that's what we're doing.
