Personal Description:

I am an experienced English language instructor, with a passion for the English language. I love meeting and working with students to help them improve their language skills.

Tutoring Experience:

I have over 20 years experience teaching ESL in various environments. I have taught both abroad and in Canada. My experience includes teaching academic, and business English as well as English for newcomers to Canada. I've also taught IELTS prep classes and worked as an IELTS speaking and writing examiner and marker.

Once you have let me know what you need to study and how much time you can spend, I will help you to make a specific tutoring and studying plan to suit your needs. I'm comfortable focusing on any of the following: IELTS or TOEFL test preparation, business writing, academic writing, grammar, listening strategies, reading strategies, speaking presentations, pronunciation, and other language related skills.
