Personal Description:

I think that education is a powerful tool for empowerment and success. I find teaching to be very fulfilling and I love helping others. As a chemistry tutor I would like to take the help that I received as a student, and pay it forward to someone else and hopefully inspire them to do the same. Being a medical student, I am well-equipped to provide tutoring services to students on a wide range of chemistry and related topics.

Tutoring Experience:

I completed my undergraduate education and obtained a bachelor's degree specializing in Biology. I am currently a medical school student. I first started tutoring college-level algebra before moving on to science courses such as chemistry, genetics, and biology. Whether you are a college student who needs help reviewing your chemistry coursework or you need help preparing for the MCAT on Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems, I can meet your needs.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to get to know the strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles of each student and focus on both improving their skills and working on their problem areas. My goal is to equip students to learn and work independently so that they eventually have no need for additional tutoring.
