Personal Description:

I believe that the reason students tend to not like math is that the concepts have not been explained to them in a way that they understand. This can lead to a great deal of frustration, but I'm a math tutor because I believe that with the necessary assistance, any student can come to understand and even enjoy math and learning in general.

Tutoring Experience:

I'm currently studying Actuarial Science as I work towards earning my bachelor's degree. I am passionate about math and truly enjoy the opportunity to help others understand it better. I am available to tutor all sorts of math subjects to high school and undergraduate students including all levels of algebra, calculus, differential equations, and more.

Tutoring Approach:

My belief is that students learn math by completing the problems themselves. As a tutor, I can explain concepts the best I can and walk my student through the process of solving a problem, but the only way they will truly learn the subject is to do it successfully themselves.
