Personal Description:

I am a student at Brock University studying in concurrent education and physical education with a minor in mathematics. My goal is to become a certified teacher and continue to work with children in the education and activity sector. I love working with kids and continue to look for new opportunities.

Tutoring Experience:

Have worked at Kumon with a specialized math program
Have privately tutored
Have worked with children in a variety of settings ie. Camp, Sports, Activities

Tutoring Approach:

Assess the skill level and areas of weakness. Stay current with materials being taught as well as drill and emphasises areas of weakness. Modification and adaptation are key as each child is unique and cannot follow the same guidelines and expectations so tailoring to the student is the main goal.
