Personal Description:

I am a longtime tutor who is currently working in marketing, and I bring this combination of professional and tutoring experience to my work as an economics tutor. Whether you need help with economic certain concepts, or are having trouble staying on top of coursework, or if you want to brush up on a few things going into an exam, I am ready to work with you.

Tutoring Experience:

As an undergraduate, I majored in Spanish and graduated Summa Laude. From there I went on to receive a master's degree in Marketing. I have a number of years' experience as a tutor, working with high school students, college students and adult learners.

Tutoring Approach:

There are as many ways to set up a tutoring session as there are students. When I work with someone, I try to keep this in mind. I like to get a sense of where the student's strengths are and what subjects they want to work on and, just as importantly, their preferred learning style. This way I can create a tutoring environment that is responsive to what each student needs.
