Personal Description:

I am a Bahelor of civil engineering, passed in 1991. I am working as a Professional Structural Engineer in Canada and living in canada since 2003.
Since last 5 years , I am also working as a mentor through ERIEC ( Edmonton region immigration employment councel) and APEGA ( Alberta association of professional Engineers and Geoscientists) , mentoring to Civil Engieering graduate engineers to get professional liscence and find work in Engineering.
I have also helped several Civil Engineering students by reviewing their resumes and mentoring to find Engineering work in Canada.

Tutoring Experience:

I have teaching expereince to two of my daughters in their early education to high school for Mathematics and physics subjects.

Tutoring Approach:

Approach was to read level of school books or from other book sellers ( costco) , understand subject and explain them the concepts and methods easy way.
Ask them to explain me about their understanding of subject. I also ask them to read throughly , understand and do practice examples.
If they do ot understand , asked me and , I explained again.
Read their exam scores, find our mistakes and correct them for next exam.
