Personal Description:
I am a MBA student at McMaster. Prior to coming to Canada, I obtained Master degree in accounting in the States and worked for Deloitte Hong Kong for four years. I have quite good understanding about accounting. And I am very interested in sharing my knowledge and experience with anyone who have an interest in business. As a native Mandarin speaker, I could also help anyone with their Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
Tutoring Experience:
I have volunteering experiences in teaching children from age of 4-12 English in Morocco. I got along with children quite well. I played and draw with them. When I was in Deloitte, I always coached my teammates about accounting problems.
Tutoring Approach:
For pre-schools, I will design games and help them to learn through fun games.
For others, I will first ask the areas they want to improve and help them with an interactive approach.
