Personal Description:

I enjoy being a chemistry tutor and can work with high school and college students in many chemistry courses, including Analytical Chemistry and Biochemistry. I can help students in AP Chemistry with their coursework and prepare for the exam at the end of the year. I also tutor students in Honors Chemistry.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Medical Humanities and I went on to earn my Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences. I'm now a Ph.D. student. I have tutored students from middle school to college at all levels of academic performance.

Tutoring Approach:

As a chemistry tutor, I want to help my students comprehend answers to problems in a way that will best enable them to understand the material. I start the introductory session with a new student by seeing at what level they understand the chemistry topic and guide them through the next steps.
