Personal Description:

I am an English tutor who is looking to refine my communication and leadership skills by helping students reach their highest potential. I am invested in the success of each of my students since their development is a representation of my tutoring skills. I am also comfortable helping students with ACT test preparation, including teaching various tips for taking this test.

Tutoring Experience:

I am currently an honors student in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Biocomputing and Engineering Leadership. I am an experienced tutor who has worked with students at the first grade level all the way up to college students in a number of different subjects.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe my job is to act as a guide when working with my students. I always start out the tutoring experience getting to know the individual interests of each student both in and out of academics. Then, I move through practice problems one at a time at a pace that works for the student.
