Personal Description:

I am Hardrisht , from Delhi, India. I am a valid Permanent Resident in Canada, currently based out of Toronto. I am an IT consultant by profession but an educator by passion. I have close to 6 years experience in selling customized IT solutions and the same amount of experience in Teaching. I started off by conducting private tuitions at my home, and later working for IMS, one of the biggest competitive exam training chains in India. I am new in Toronto, and I want to do my bit in terms of helping students stay up to date with their curriculum and education requirements in the times of this Global pandemic when schools are closed.

Tutoring Experience:

I am an experienced teacher in STEM subjects like Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Biology and Physics. I specialize in teaching students for competitive examinations like CAT, GMAT etc. I have also taught students in Middle School and High School Level. I have close to 5 years of teaching experience , having taught more than 300 students till date.

Tutoring Approach:

Although I have been a Part Time Teacher, but I have a strong passion to help educate the future generations and guide them towards fulfilling their true potential.
My approach to teaching has been to guide students rather than hand hold them the entire way. I have always believed in building strong Fundamentals , on which students can discover multiple applications of their own. I always use story-telling and analogies to build strong concepts to ensure maximum retention, and then let students apply those concepts and learn by doing , rather than ro**Contact Detail Removed**arning. My students have always thought of me as a mentor , rather than a tutor because I have coached them not only on their subjects, but life coaching as well, focusing on how to be better individuals.
