Personal Description:

I am a Master's student in Biostatistics program at University of Toronto. I finished my undergraduate studies in Honours Biology and Statistics at McMaster University. Ever since I graduated I've been working as an data analyst. I'd like to describe myself as a person with a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy my client.

Tutoring Experience:

I've been a teaching assistant for about 2 years. I have conducted computer labs and tutorials for university students. I have also helped students one-on-one during office hours. This allowed me to better explain the problems to students. I have also tutored students aged 6-18 since 2008. I have lots of experience teaching math and science to middle and high school students.

Tutoring Approach:

I have the knowledge, experience, and passion for Math/Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) to help you succeed! I can teach these subjects to students who think it's impossible or difficult by first taking the time to explain the basics properly before tackling higher level problems. I find many students do not fully grasp the basics in these subjeccts, then when the exam comes they find it's overwhelming. That's why I find the principles must be shown properly first.
