Personal Description:

Throughout my time as a private mentor, I've found that students retain information more readily when they can arrive at answers on their own. I take the time to get to know my student's strengths and weaknesses, as well as to formulate a plan of attack that can provide the greatest impact.

Tutoring Experience:

I have two years of experience as a physics tutor, during which time I learned to effectively break down the topics and provide valuable feedback. I have a bachelor's degree in Physics with a math minor. My experience and academic knowledge provide me with strong skills to pass on to my students.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe the best path to knowledge is through experience. I strive to give students the opportunity to build their skills through activities and assignments. I provide guidance as they work to figure out how to apply the concepts they are studying, rather than just give them all of the answers.
