Personal Description:

I am currently a student at McMaster University studying Environmental Science. I have always been very dedicated to me school work and to learning in general. I have had a lot of success in science, English, and mathematics.

Tutoring Experience:

I have no formal tutoring experience. I have always helped other students with work and have been told I would make a good tutor. I have lots of experience teaching and helping young relatives with their work, but no formal experience.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe it is best to give some aid and allow someone to at least try to do it themselves. I am very understanding of learning disabilities and struggles, I have a lot of patience and understand people learn differently. I think with young students, drawing diagrams or displaying information in a new way can be very effective as everyone learns best in different ways.
