Personal Description:

Bonjour!
I am a French Immersion Teacher for the GEDSB and I'm looking to take on a few more tutoring clients in French but also for ESL and Math. I have experience teaching Kindergarten through Secondary school in a variety of different subjects.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a qualified teacher for French, English as a second language and Math with 5+ years experience tutoring and teaching. I strive to provide my students with genuine learning opportunities, where they can practice and improve their reading, writing and speaking abilities. I tutor with authentic situations where students can practically use concepts they learn. My standard rate is $50 an hour, half hour sessions can be arranged. Time slots are available after 5pm Monday-Thursday.

Tutoring Approach:

I firmly believe that if you're not engaged, interested and enjoying what you're doing then there will not be any authentic language or mathematic advances. I make sure my lessons are tailored to your interest and I work with a variety of approaches including music, discussions and contemporary topics where you can engage in a conversation at your current language level.
