Personal Description:

I always put the student's needs first as a chemistry tutor. I design a personalized curriculum around every learner's unique strengths and areas of opportunity to help each student reach for their full potential. I also look to take abstract concepts and apply them to practical scenarios, leading to a deeper understanding of the material. I have a passion for learning in general and chemistry in specific, and I'm excited to share it with you!

Tutoring Experience:

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, Biochemistry, and Premedical Studies before securing a spot at medical school, graduating summa cum laude with an MS in Physiology and Clinical Neuroscience. I also earned competitive scores on my recent MCAT.

Tutoring Approach:

Understanding the "how" is at least as important as understanding the "why" in chemistry, and my teaching methods will leave you with an intrinsic understanding of the material for future concepts to build upon. You'll also be well-prepared for the test, but that's never my primary focus.
