Personal Description:

I am able to help students develop their math abilities in a supportive context. Working as a math tutor is a good fit for me because of my passion for helping students maximize their opportunities. I believe in guiding students gently as they learn and giving them helpful feedback and guidance. During these sessions, I am able to tailor my instruction to the specific needs of a student without having to worry about other learners.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and have obtained a master's degree in Educational Administration. I have worked in math education for over 17 years. I also have more than 20 years of experience tutoring students with a variety of needs.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe asking good questions can helps students engage well with the material. An important part of being an effective math tutor is understanding a student's needs and collaborating with them as they work toward their goals.
