Personal Description:

Math tutoring allows me to share my knowledge and passion with others. My favorite thing about tutoring is when my student has the moment where they "get it" and everything falls into place for them. My instructional methods are adjustable to accommodate their unique learning needs. I also am happy to help students prepare for tests like AP Exams.

Tutoring Experience:

I have three years of tutoring experience in a variety of subjects, such as math, essay editing, and psychology. I am an excellent test taker with top marks on the ACT, including a 32 in ACT Math. I am studying psychology and plan to pursue a double major as well.

Tutoring Approach:

I view tutoring as a combined effort between student and teacher. I am a patient instructor who believes that student success is a reflection of my skills. I believe in my student's ability to build their level of comprehension and achieve reasonable goals. I personalize my approach to appeal to the individual's learning style.
