Personal Description:

I am a biology tutor for high school and college students. In addition to working with students on general biology, I also offer private tutoring for courses related to the subject such as anatomy, physiology, and science. My interest and academic experience in these fields give me an in-depth understanding that allows me to teach it to others. Teaching students the fundamentals of these types of subjects so that they fully understand them is one of the most rewarding things I've ever done.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in biology and philosophy before earning my graduate degree in surgical assisting.

Tutoring Approach:

I truly believe every concept can be broken down into small, manageable components that can be remembered easily. During the first session with a student, I like to learn about their likes, dislikes, academic interests and struggles, and who they are as a person so that I can tailor their sessions to them.
