Personal Description:

Having excelled as a biology student, I love to share my knowledge and help others learn as a biology tutor. I've tutored both children and adults including people at my college who have called on me for help in various science topics. I can help you excel in your class and well beyond that.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and also minored in Chemistry. During my junior and senior years, I tutored biology, anatomy, physiology, and other subjects. I also taught horseback riding lessons with a local group while in college, so I have a diverse background in teaching students of all ages and backgrounds.

Tutoring Approach:

I can teach anyone once I find out how they learn. Regardless of a student's challenges, I try to keep them motivated by staying positive, moving forward, and rewarding every step they take. To engage students, I'll ask them to explain the lesson back and answer various questions about it.
