Personal Description:

I can help students with a variety of chemistry topics during personalized sessions. As a chemistry tutor, I work hard to teach in ways that make the material accessible for each individual. I can adapt to the needs of each student as a chemistry tutor, and I can help students maximize their time in sessions. Rather than struggling to figure out a particular skill on their own, I can help students learn efficiently and effectively.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. I have also earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry. I currently work as a professional chemist. I have lectured and done private tutoring during and after my graduate studies.

Tutoring Approach:

When beginning tutoring with a new student, I try to find the core problem that is hindering a particular student. Then, I work to explain concepts in clear ways that help the student feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.
