Personal Description:

I am a third year undergraduate at Ryerson University enrolled in Electrical Engineering. I am very passionate and love physics. I achieved an A+ in first year physics and have tutored many students in the same program as me. I love seeing students grow and it is what keeps me motivated to pursue being a tutor.

Tutoring Experience:

In highschool, I was in a physics club and I tutored students in the lower grades. I mainly tutored physics but occasionally tutored advanced functions and calculus. In university students in my physics class asked me for help so I scheduled sessions with them and tutored physics.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe the key to being a good tutor is making the overall learning experience fun to make the tutee stay motivated. If someone is not motivated to learn, they are not going to succeed so I think motivation is really important. I am a student too and I can distinguish between a good and a bad tutor. As a student too I will be able to connect with the students I'm tutoring better.
