Personal Description:

I am a 25-year-old Teachers College graduate of the Primary/Junior Division. I attended Nipissing University for 6 years. I have previous experience tutoring in French, however, I am very confident in my abilities to tutor in Math and English. My favourite subject to teach is Math. I am very excited to become a teacher and love being able to help students progress with their learning!

Tutoring Experience:

I have lots of practice tutoring in French. I have volunteered in k-2 classrooms in a French school for 2 years. During this volunteering, I worked with students on their French, Science, Math, Reading, etc. I have also tutored children in French reading and comprehension.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to tutor in a way that most benefits the student. I like to start by getting to know the student and learning how they learn best. From there I figure out where the student is struggling the most and begin from there.
