Personal Description:

I am a hardworking individual who loves to help students succeed. I have received honors throughout high school and top marks in university. I graduated university back in 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Animal health and a Double Major in Food Animals and Companion and Performance Animals. This is a very science based degree were about 50% of the courses required were science, math and communications. I currently work in the pharmaceutical industry and pull from my science background plenty. I do have a passion for helping people success and love to use my science background to do so!

Tutoring Experience:

I have previously tutored primary school students with english, math and science skills. I also was an teaching assistant in University in Animal Health and Science based classes.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe encouragement and allowing students to try to figure out the solution themselves is key. I like to show with an example how to get the problem completed and then let the students try a problem themselves. I believe positive reinforcement is key.
