Personal Description:
I am mother of two boys. I have Masters degree in Psychology . I am passionate about teaching kids. I can help them in reaching their full potential. I helped many students in the past .
Tutoring Experience:
I did home tutoring for 10 years. Students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 7 used to come to my house for homework help.
I also taught grade 2 -6 in Pakistani school. I volunteered for many years in Canadian classrooms. Right now I am volunteering in a private school and helping students with math and language. I have lot of experience in teaching Canadian Math especially MATH MAKE SENSE and NELSON MATH books. I prepared a lot of my students for EQAO tests for math and language .
Tutoring Approach:
I try to use different methods until student understand the concept really well. I work on a new concept many times and revise as well.
I encourage students to ask lots of questions if they dont understand. My approach is friendly with goal of completing task like homework.
