Information About Armia
Toronto tutorPersonal Description:
I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science with a double major in Biology and Psychology. I enjoy teaching students of all ages, but I have a preference for educating those from grades 7-12 since I am pursuing a career as an intermediate/senior teacher. I mentor children in church and teach them valuable lessons that they can apply in their lives. I am planning on doing classroom outreach and joining community events at Let's Talk Science to demonstrate the importance of science in our daily lives. I taught children from grades K-12 Math at Mathnasium and used a multimodal approach to accommodate various learning styles. I was involved in an outreach presentation at the University of Toronto where I educated students about the importance of vaccines and nutrition during the COVID-19 pandemic.
