Tutoring Approach:
I am passionate about math, and my interest in it is contagious, making the student interested in it as well. I use real world examples, and examples related to the student's interests to so that they see why math is important and are engaged. I am very patient with my students, and if they are having trouble learning something one way, I have lots of different strategies for teaching them a concept that I can employ. If students say something along the lines of being unable to do something, I say they can't do it, yet. It just takes study and practice.
